Best placed finish so far this year!
In the first race on Saturday, I roared to a season’s-best 12th-place finish. The Donington Park circuit was damp but I put everything I had learnt and all my experience into it as I moved forwards throughout a tricky race.
I pushed hard in Sunday’s two races (perhaps, too hard!) but couldn’t repeat Saturday’s glories after suffering spins in each of the two races, coming home 17th and 19th respectively.
15 championship points puts me level with James Ellis with one final round of racing left.
